In the 9th match minute, Carlos Saul FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uriel Handi to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Carlos Saul FC's zone, German Cordara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Abreu came out of the goal and German Cordara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amador Jaen during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Carlos Saul FC's Amador Jaen got a free kick in the 11th minute. Isidro Martino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aaron Abaurre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Abreu having to interfere. After having played for 24 minutes, Aaron Abaurre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Escriña's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aaron Abaurre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Aaron Abaurre came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Escriña fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Abaurre couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that German Cordara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Antonio Abreu was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. When Escriña's Aaron Abaurre in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carlos Saul FC's goalie prevented a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Carlos Saul FC's goal looked a bit too open when German Cordara came free, but Antonio Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, German Cordara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Escriña's supporters rose to their feet, but German Cordara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antonio Abreu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd match minute, Carlos Saul FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Txomin to maneuver through the defense. German Cordara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Abreu having to interfere.

Antonio Abreu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of German Cordara's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Aaron Abaurre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 63 played minutes Carlos Saul FC got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Iraido. After 66 played minutes Carlos Saul FC got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Padro. German Cordara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Carlos Saul FC defense, German Cordara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antonio Abreu. The Carlos Saul FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antonio Abreu should have stopped the shot. Antonio Abreu was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and German Cordara capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. German Cordara really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. In the 85th minute, Aaron Abaurre made a precise shot to the right of Antonio Abreu. Carlos Saul FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. If Aaron Abaurre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. German Cordara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Antonio Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonio Abreu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aaron Abaurre in the 95th minute. Escriña's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
