Teobaldo Tonete took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Horacio Abeijon. Horacio Abeijon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The supporters of Changos F.C booed when Ñorquín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonides Danel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute of the match Cipriano Bernal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Horacio Abeijon skillfully saved the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Genaro Bero to make the kick off. Jonas Orlanda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacobo Firme in the 55th minute of the match. Jacobo Firme's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonas Orlanda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. After having played for 63 minutes, Teobaldo Tonete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Changos F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobaldo Tonete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Ñorquín's goalkeeper Horacio Abeijon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramiro Birila. Genaro Bero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Horacio Abeijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Tonete in the 73rd minute of play. Leonides Danel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Jonas Orlanda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlando Nafarroa's late challenge caught a Ñorquín's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orlando Nafarroa helped the player get up and apologised. Jonas Orlanda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Genaro Bero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Tonete in the 81st minute of play forced Ñorquín's goalkeeper Horacio Abeijon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramiro Birila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Horacio Abeijon made a huge save. 87 minutes into the match, Ñorquín's Genaro Bero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonas Orlanda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Changos F.C's Teobaldo Tonete ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Horacio Abeijon. Horacio Abeijon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Changos F.C walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
