Javier Gonzales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Justino Vigil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the match, Josecito's goal looked a bit too open when Justino Vigil came free, but Tadeo Ciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 minutes, Sergio Olentzaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Josecito and the Belén AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Josecito getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Sergio Olentzaro hit a great ball. After having played for 15 minutes, Saul Pero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belén AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saul Pero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saul Pero struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Tadeo Ciano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belén AFC. After a rather tough play, Josecito's Sergio Olentzaro got a free kick in the 24th minute. If Javier Gonzales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Javier Gonzales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Santiago Seguinus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogelio Goiz in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santiago Seguinus saved Belén AFC from getting behind. Belén AFC's Santiago Seguinus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Goiz in the 42nd minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saul Pero to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Justino Vigil put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tadeo Ciano. After having played for 57 minutes, Saul Pero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belén AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saul Pero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cayetano Rutenio's late challenge caught a Josecito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cayetano Rutenio helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Belén AFC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Cayetano Rutenio hit a great ball. After 66 played minutes, Josecito's Gualterio Rubio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Santiago Seguinus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Josecito reached it. Javier Gonzales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Rogelio Goiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Santiago Seguinus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Goiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santiago Seguinus came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Josecito's Rogelio Goiz. But to his dismay, Rogelio Goiz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Santiago Seguinus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rogelio Goiz went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Belén AFC's goalkeeper Santiago Seguinus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 90th match minute, Josecito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualterio Rubio to maneuver through the defense. Geronimo Iratxo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tadeo Ciano. Josecito's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 97 minutes into the match, Belén AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Gonzales came free, but Santiago Seguinus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
