Guaberto Frasquito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Camilo Gutxi made a huge save. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tricolor FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! When Godofredo Medina fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tricolor FC's protests and gave Godofredo Medina a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gli Amicci booed when Tricolor FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godofredo Medina didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd match minute, Gli Amicci was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Lain to maneuver through the defense. Claudio Barto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Peruanton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudio Barto came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Gli Amicci's Clodoveo Naelio. But to his dismay, Clodoveo Naelio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Claudio Barto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Naelio in the 31st minute of the match. Freddy Petrigai struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Claudio Barto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gli Amicci. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomás Peruanton in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudio Barto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tricolor FC's Claudio Barto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Peruanton in the 41st minute of play. In the 41st minute, German Vela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tricolor FC's goalkeeper Claudio Barto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Claudio Barto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romulo Lorien in the 45th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ciriaco Nesor made a kick off. If Tomás Peruanton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Gutxi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciriaco Nesor in the 53rd minute of play. Clodoveo Naelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Barto having to interfere. When Ciriaco Nesor came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Tricolor FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciriaco Nesor couldn't finish the play. If Guaberto Frasquito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guaberto Frasquito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camilo Gutxi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Ciriaco Nesor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Camilo Gutxi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomás Peruanton kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Clodoveo Naelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the game, Humberto Miliano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tricolor FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gli Amicci the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 86th minute of the game. One of Tricolor FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gli Amicci:s goal. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Freddy Petrigai sped through Tricolor FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Claudio Barto. Gli Amicci's Gervasio Rico was substituted for Lorenzo Mederi. A collision led to Gli Amicci getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Clodoveo Naelio hit a great ball. Gli Amicci's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
