Spectators: 6659 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 5) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Uriel Cesaro made the kick off which started today's match. Gualterio Omero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Melquiades Mazuste tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melquiades Mazuste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualterio Omero in the 11th minute of the match. Melquiades Mazuste came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A. Fenix's Gualterio Omero. But to his dismay, Gualterio Omero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Celedonio Gau came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the C.A. Fenix fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celedonio Gau couldn't finish the play. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Balcozna AFC! C.A. Fenix's Celedonio Gau got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gualterio Omero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Balcozna AFC's goalkeeper Melquiades Mazuste, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Celedonio Gau struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Melquiades Mazuste didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. Fenix. After 41 minutes, Esteve Panfilo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A. Fenix and the Balcozna AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Celedonio Gau to make the kick off. If Conrado Paulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Gualterio Omero managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. Fenix's supporters rose to their feet, but Gualterio Omero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melquiades Mazuste breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Celedonio Gau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Mazuste having to interfere. Gualterio Omero kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. If Conrado Paulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrado Paulin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jose Papo hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Severino Clementi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Conrado Paulin went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 84th minute of the match Cayetano Urbes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Severino Clementi skillfully saved the ball. In the 85th minute, Esteve Panfilo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Balcozna AFC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Bernabe Santiago hit a great ball. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Balcozna AFC's goalkeeper Melquiades Mazuste, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. C.A. Fenix's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
