Spectators: 6660 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 5) Uriel Cesaro made the kick off and thus started the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Patricio Loren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arribeños FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Loren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melquiades Mazuste breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Uriel Cesaro in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blas Ruy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Conrado Paulin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Blas Ruy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Conrado Paulin got free with Blas Ruy in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Uriel Cesaro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Blas Ruy came out and tried to block the shot, but Uriel Cesaro slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. If Conrado Paulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd match minute, Arribeños FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulgencio Romelio to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute, Agustin Roldanillo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Arribeños FC's Blas Ruy didn't even have to move. Conrado Paulin might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Blas Ruy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Conrado Paulin ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Arribeños FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Francisco Elija hit a great ball. Balcozna AFC's Uriel Cesaro got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 28 minutes, Uriel Cesaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Balcozna AFC and the Arribeños FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, Uriel Cesaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blas Ruy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uriel Cesaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Conrado Paulin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernabe Santiago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Ruy having to interfere. Blas Ruy was a little too slow when Uriel Cesaro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 2-0. 45 minutes into the game, Patricio Loren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arribeños FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balcozna AFC the free kick. In the 45th minute, Patricio Loren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Elija made a kick off. Conrado Paulin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Agustin Roldanillo, 58 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Arribeños FC's Blas Ruy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Paulin in the 61st minute of play. After 61 played minutes Arribeños FC got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Loren. Melquiades Mazuste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Elija in the 64th minute of play. Conrado Paulin might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Blas Ruy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Conrado Paulin ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Arribeños FC's zone, Conrado Paulin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Blas Ruy came out of the goal and Conrado Paulin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Conrado Paulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uriel Cesaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 83 minutes into the match, Arribeños FC's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Paulin came free, but Blas Ruy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Conrado Paulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrado Paulin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francisco Elija fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Mazuste having to interfere. Segundo Lorencio charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Segundo Lorencio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Balcozna AFC booed when Arribeños FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Lorencio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arribeños FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
