When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Martin Iliana sped through Centenario TDF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Froilan Mikelar. After 15 minutes, Martin Iliana made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Centenario TDF's Froilan Mikelar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Froilan Mikelar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Iliana, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute of the match Sotelo got a corner. Centenario TDF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Centenario TDF's Froilan Mikelar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Unax in the 31st minute of play. Basilio Baumar's late challenge caught a Sotelo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Basilio Baumar helped the player get up and apologised. Basilio Baumar hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Froilan Mikelar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ciro Unax's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute, Martin Iliana made a precise shot to the right of Froilan Mikelar. Centenario TDF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

With his leg Froilan Mikelar managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when Sotelo's Ciro Unax fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Froilan Mikelar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Iliana in the 53rd minute of play. Centenario TDF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Ciro Unax scored to the left of an out of position Froilan Mikelar, making the score, 0-5. Benjamin Ioritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 58th minute, Martin Iliana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Froilan Mikelar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. After having played for 67 minutes, Martin Iliana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sotelo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Iliana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ciro Unax could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Froilan Mikelar made a huge save. Basilio Baumar was shown his second yellow card after 69 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Sotelo booed when Centenario TDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Baumar didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Apolo Quinto fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sotelo's protests and gave Apolo Quinto a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sotelo getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Apolo Quinto hit a great ball. Sotelo's Celestino Lore was substituted for Benjamin Ioritz. In the 72nd minute, Apolo Quinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Centenario TDF's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Iliana came free, but Froilan Mikelar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 76 minutes, Americo Oliviero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Centenario TDF and the Sotelo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Americo Oliviero kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Celestino Lore in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Froilan Mikelar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in Centenario TDF's zone, Ciro Unax stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Froilan Mikelar came out of the goal and Ciro Unax tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94thth minute of the game Martin Iliana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Centenario TDF's Froilan Mikelar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sotelo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
