Victor Ekialde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ruben Vincent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Hieronim Nienajadlo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Justino Atarratze kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Braulio Asur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Uzuri in the 18th minute of the match. When Haroldo Barea fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alegría Polo Team's protests and gave Haroldo Barea a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th minute, Haroldo Barea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute, Evelio Ospetsu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Ruben Vincent could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Hieronim Nienajadlo however easily saved by the left post. Victor Ekialde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Justino Atarratze hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. BONICH JS were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Alegría Polo Team's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dario Gaspard took the corner. Guy Montag was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victor Ekialde stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Victor Ekialde dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Braulio Asur, 0-1. Braulio Asur was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Victor Ekialde showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 59 minute of play. A collision led to Alegría Polo Team getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Ruben Vincent hit a great ball. Diego Uzuri's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Braulio Asur skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Evelio Ospetsu might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hieronim Nienajadlo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evelio Ospetsu ran back to his position shaking his head. Diego Uzuri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Braulio Asur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Diego Uzuri fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Braulio Asur, passed just outside the right post. In the 82nd minute, Victor Ekialde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Victor Ekialde came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the BONICH JS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Ekialde couldn't finish the play. Guy Montag's late challenge caught a Alegría Polo Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
