Vizards's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Jeronimo Amaya made a precise shot to the right of Conrado Abaunza. Arequito AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Reynaldo Martxel in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Conrado Abaunza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Amaya, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Felix Lluterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Martxel in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Edgard Alvarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isidoro Chayo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 62nd playminute. 72 minutes into the match, Vizards's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Andrea came free, but Felix Lluterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute Jeronimo Amaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Abaunza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Martxel in the 95th minute of play forced Vizards's goalkeeper Felix Lluterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Andres Mikeldi notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Vizards's Felix Lluterio. Felix Lluterio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arequito AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
