Spectators: 6697 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Reynaldo Martxel kicked off to start the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Guillermo Elivareo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arequito AFC's Conrado Abaunza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Arequito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Txema came free, but Conrado Abaunza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cecilio Ignazio acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 9th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Roberto Jerold. Conrado Abaunza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Jusepe in the 12th minute of play. After some careless play in the Atletico El Kakai defense, Andres Mikeldi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cecilio Ignazio. The Atletico El Kakai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cecilio Ignazio should have stopped the shot. 18 minutes into the game, Cyril Villeret recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cecilio Ignazio. Cyril Villeret showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 23rd minute, Damian Txema got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 30th minute Reynaldo Martxel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cecilio Ignazio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute Damian Txema shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Abaunza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Reynaldo Martxel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andres Mikeldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Ignazio having to interfere. Conrado Abaunza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Elivareo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Damian Txema to strike the kick off in the second half. Arequito AFC's Andres Mikeldi got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Conrado Abaunza made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Leo Jusepe sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th minute, Andres Mikeldi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cecilio Ignazio was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Arequito AFC's Osvaldo Andrea got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Reynaldo Martxel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Cecilio Ignazio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Andrea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cecilio Ignazio. Atletico El Kakai's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Osvaldo Andrea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 78th minute, Osvaldo Andrea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arequito AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Filomeno Lain took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cecilio Ignazio. Atletico El Kakai's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico El Kakai's zone, Osvaldo Andrea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cecilio Ignazio came out of the goal and Osvaldo Andrea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Atletico El Kakai's Lorenzo Bernad got a free kick in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saturnino Lobo in the 95th minute of play forced Atletico El Kakai's goalkeeper Cecilio Ignazio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cecilio Ignazio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reynaldo Martxel's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Arequito AFC had won after a very even match.
