Pablo Baladi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Orti having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Eulalio Virila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eulalio Virila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingos Orti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Jordy, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Palmar's Domingos Orti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Jordy in the 20th minute of play. Eulalio Virila's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geronimo Lizer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Palmar's zone, Jairo Jordy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingos Orti came out of the goal and Jairo Jordy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jairo Jordy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Domingos Orti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Jordy in the 33rd minute of play forced Palmar's goalkeeper Domingos Orti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jairo Jordy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Pablo Baladi came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Meninos da Vila Belmiro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Baladi couldn't finish the play. Tadeo Argoitz kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Palmar's Domingos Orti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Baladi in the 41st minute of play. If Eulalio Virila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Meninos da Vila Belmiro getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Horacio Acuña hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jairo Jordy to strike the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes Palmar got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Argoitz. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Eulalio Virila managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palmar's supporters rose to their feet, but Eulalio Virila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geronimo Lizer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pablo Baladi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Domingos Orti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jairo Jordy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th match minute, Palmar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Rudolfo to maneuver through the defense. Domingos Orti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Jordy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geronimo Lizer came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Palmar's Albino Uhin. But to his dismay, Albino Uhin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 83 minutes into the game, Albino Uhin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Geronimo Lizer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Horacio Acuña fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Meninos da Vila Belmiro's protests and gave Horacio Acuña a yellow card for diving instead. Horacio Acuña hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Albino Uhin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Geronimo Lizer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Meninos da Vila Belmiro's Geronimo Lizer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albino Uhin in the 93rd minute of play. Meninos da Vila Belmiro's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Palmar had won, even though Meninos da Vila Belmiro had held more of the ball.
