Rodeo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlánticos the free kick. Carolo Munio kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Albano Saturnin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Valentin Maurin came out and tried to block the shot, but Albano Saturnin slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rodeo's zone, Lino Uhin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentin Maurin came out of the goal and Lino Uhin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lino Uhin struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Valentin Maurin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlánticos. Severino Jakes hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After 44 minutes, Albano Saturnin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlánticos and the Rodeo players grew even worse after the yellow card. 47 minutes into the match, Rodeo's goalkeeper Valentin Maurin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teofilo Mantzio. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Valentin Maurin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Saturnin in the 51st minute of the match. In the 54th minute of the match Atlánticos got a corner. Rodeo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Teofilo Mantzio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Nereo Evangelista kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Damaso Ariando charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damaso Ariando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th match minute, Rodeo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damaso Ariando to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Rodeo's goalkeeper Valentin Maurin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Genaro Sagrario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Valentin Maurin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laureano Ostargi kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Rodeo's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Isias came free, but Valentin Maurin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guaberto Olo charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guaberto Olo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Rodeo getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Guaberto Olo hit a great ball. After 68 played minutes Rodeo got a freekick which was hit by Guaberto Olo. Adolfo Beat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute, Lucio Pacorro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valentin Maurin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albano Saturnin in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valentin Maurin saved Rodeo from getting behind. 84 minutes into the match, Rodeo's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Isias came free, but Valentin Maurin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Genaro Sagrario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlánticos's supporters rose to their feet, but Genaro Sagrario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentin Maurin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Lino Uhin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albano Saturnin spun around in front of the goal 91 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Rodeo's goal. Atlánticos walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
