After 24 played minutes Saucecito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Denis Dorio. Teofilo Gervaso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teofilo Gervaso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Ezequiel Pelagius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saucecito AFC's Teofilo Gervaso got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fidel Roderigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Firman, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Jimeno Jacob sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Denis Dorio hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Ceferino Firman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saucecito AFC's Anacleto Dei managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Freddy Dolfo in the 64 minute of the game. If Teofilo Gervaso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anacleto Dei hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The supporters of Caseros AFC booed when Saucecito AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Dorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Caseros AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
