Wilfredo Caitano made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Amancio Figueroa sent off a good shot on target. After 78 played minutes Ranquilcó got a freekick which was hit by Feliberto Leheren. Ranquilcó's Wilfredo Caitano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Ranquilcó from getting a goal against them. Wilfredo Caitano made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Honorato Giro sent off a good shot on target. After 94 minutes of play, Lanus MdP's Honorato Giro made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilfredo Caitano was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Ranquilcó fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lanus MdP were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
