Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Conrado Salbatore made the kick off which started today's match. Baldomero Eleder kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. The supporters of Sanford booed when De Taquito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Panfilo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute, Cleto Urritz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Lluques in the 8th minute of play forced De Taquito FC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Frasquito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Conrado Salbatore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Ubaldo Lluques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Guido Cisco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ubaldo Lluques struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Dalmacio Frasquito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sanford. When Conrado Salbatore came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Sanford fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Salbatore couldn't finish the play. Conrado Salbatore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Conrado Salbatore got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 32 played minutes De Taquito FC got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Eleder. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind De Taquito FC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Frasquito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to De Taquito FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Cosme Panfilo hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Sanford defense, Ignacio Artal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gonzalo Mel. The Sanford fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gonzalo Mel should have stopped the shot. After the first half De Taquito FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ignacio Artal to strike the kick off in the second half. Sanford's Conrado Salbatore got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dalmacio Frasquito came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Sanford's Ubaldo Lluques. But to his dismay, Ubaldo Lluques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Conrado Salbatore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Frasquito having to interfere. Sanford's Gonzalo Mel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Urritz in the 59th minute of play. Gonzalo Mel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Artal in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64thth minute of the game Conrado Salbatore who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but De Taquito FC's Dalmacio Frasquito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sanford's goalkeeper Gonzalo Mel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 68th minute, Victorino Leguizamón hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Aquilino Dolfos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute, Amadeo Emmanuel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Placido Errapel struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. De Taquito FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Conrado Salbatore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Conrado Salbatore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Dalmacio Frasquito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Sanford's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Artal came free, but Gonzalo Mel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, De Taquito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Salbatore came free, but Dalmacio Frasquito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Sanford's Ubaldo Lluques nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dalmacio Frasquito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. When the referee ended the match the Sanford players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
