Primitivo Edorta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Urritz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Siro Norino hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, De Taquito FC's Elias Romelio tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Federico Luix made a kick off. 62 minutes into the match, Tobatirenda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Artal came free, but Primitivo Edorta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Primitivo Edorta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Gonsalvo in the 66th minute of the match. Primitivo Edorta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ignacio Artal's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Siro Norino charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Siro Norino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Primitivo Edorta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Artal, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Marco Gonsalvo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. One of De Taquito FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tobatirenda AFC:s goal. Federico Luix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Dalmacio Frasquito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in De Taquito FC's zone, Aquilino Rexino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmacio Frasquito came out of the goal and Aquilino Rexino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 98thth minute of the game Federico Luix who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but De Taquito FC's Dalmacio Frasquito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chants of Tobatirenda AFC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as De Taquito FC had held the ball for most of the match.
