Spectators: 7101 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eustaquio Pedroso kicked off to start the match. Raul Santiago's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Epifanio Txatxu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Mauricio Celipe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 played minutes Arteaga got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Pedroso. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Policarpio in the 11th minute of play forced Arteaga's goalkeeper Epifanio Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eustaquio Pedroso struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Amador Teyo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arteaga. Mauricio Policarpio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Epifanio Txatxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Agustin Olo came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Arteaga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustin Olo couldn't finish the play. Mauricio Policarpio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Txatxu having to interfere. If Mauricio Policarpio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Anier Noe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gallinas's supporters rose to their feet, but Anier Noe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Epifanio Txatxu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amador Teyo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Olo in the 31st minute of play. After 33 played minutes Arteaga got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Pedroso. Arsenio Rafel hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. If Genaro Xacintu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Arteaga's Epifanio Txatxu got control of the ball when Anier Noe tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Arteaga defense, Dalmacio Ignado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Epifanio Txatxu. The Arteaga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Epifanio Txatxu should have stopped the shot. If Agustin Olo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Raul Santiago came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Gallinas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raul Santiago couldn't finish the play. Mauricio Policarpio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Epifanio Txatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genaro Xacintu in the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Arteaga's Cleto Elequemedo got a free kick in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Policarpio in the 65th minute of play forced Arteaga's goalkeeper Epifanio Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauricio Celipe hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arteaga's goalkeeper Epifanio Txatxu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Epifanio Txatxu came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Gallinas's Raul Santiago. But to his dismay, Raul Santiago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Mauricio Policarpio scored 3-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Epifanio Txatxu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mauricio Policarpio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Epifanio Txatxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Gallinas fully deserved thier win.
