The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Pedro Eusko put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Robustiano Marquez. Classon's Rene Selatse got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th match minute, Pulares was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Araoz to maneuver through the defense. When Jaime Araoz fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pulares's protests and gave Jaime Araoz a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Pulares's Jaime Araoz got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 17th minute of the match Alfonso Unax sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Robustiano Marquez skillfully saved the ball. 18 minutes into the game, Gabriel Gabrio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Classon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pulares the free kick. After a rather tough play, Classon's Gabriel Gabrio got a free kick in the 18th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Pedro Eusko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Classon's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Eusko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robustiano Marquez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignacio Pelayo got free with Peng Rong Zhen in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute, Pedro Eusko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Classon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Alfonso Unax was slow to take the kick. During this time Classon's players had a chance to rest. In the 46th minute of the match Bruno Theodore shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Robustiano Marquez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Robustiano Marquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Selatse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedro Eusko was the one to do the kick off. Peng Rong Zhen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everardo Oalo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nunez Dubardo hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Classon's zone, Ignacio Pelayo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peng Rong Zhen came out of the goal and Ignacio Pelayo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rene Selatse might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robustiano Marquez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rene Selatse ran back to his position shaking his head. Pedro Eusko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pulares's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alfonso Unax was slow to take the kick. During this time Classon's players had a chance to rest. Placido Luzea kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Rene Selatse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Robustiano Marquez made a huge save. When Classon's Pedro Eusko in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pulares's goalie prevented a goal. The Pulares fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Classon were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
