Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Denis Cordeiro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in The Curruncus Band's zone, Sixto Raymon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sixto Urre came out of the goal and Sixto Raymon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 9 minutes The Curruncus Band's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaime Orlandus who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Caldera AFC's Jaime Orlandus to fire away a dangerous shot which Sixto Urre despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sixto Urre acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 13th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jaime Orlandus. Caldera AFC's Jairo Confesor got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 17 minutes, Sixto Raymon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caldera AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sixto Raymon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jairo Confesors short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Sixto Urre to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nicasio Truylos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sixto Urre. The Curruncus Band's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 29 minutes, Sixto Raymon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caldera AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sixto Raymon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 34 minutes into the match, The Curruncus Band's goalkeeper Sixto Urre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jairo Confesor. 35 minutes into the game, Sixto Raymon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sixto Urre. Sixto Raymon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. A hard shot by Jaime Orlandus from long distance, 44 minutes into the match, got Sixto Urre's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Jairo Confesor made the kick off in the second half. Caldera AFC's Jairo Confesor got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th minute Jairo Confesor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Urre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Denis Cordeiro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dario Mendiko. The goal made the score 1-1. Dario Mendiko was a little too slow when Denis Cordeiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 1-2. Caldera AFC's Dario Mendiko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Chuse in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Sixto Raymon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of The Curruncus Band booed when Caldera AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Llanos didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Confesor in the 77th minute of play forced The Curruncus Band's goalkeeper Sixto Urre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sixto Urre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixto Raymon in the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Jairo Confesor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Urre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sixto Urre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Raymon, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 83rd minute of the match Jaime Orlandus sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sixto Urre skillfully saved the ball. After 88 played minutes Caldera AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Confesor. 91 minutes into the match, The Curruncus Band's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Raymon came free, but Sixto Urre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sixto Raymon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Urre having to interfere. If Jairo Confesor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dario Mendiko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Cordeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. The Curruncus Band walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
