After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Erasmo Heriberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Titanium AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasmo Heriberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lázaro Patxi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 26 minutes, Javier Beremundo mouthed his way into the referee's book. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Roque Tello got free with Claudio Pedroso in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59th minute, Erasmo Heriberto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Titanium AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Titanium AFC's Claudio Pedroso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Titanium AFC from getting a goal against them. Claudio Pedroso was a little too slow when Jairo Matei got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 2-2. If Cleto Gergori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erasmo Heriberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The FC Cancerbero players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
