The crowd rose to their feet as Natalia Natalia FC's Armando Pello slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alberto Baldovino. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximo Mero got free with Alberto Baldovino in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Armando Pello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Baldovino having to interfere. Natalia Natalia FC's Armando Pello got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Armando Pello's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alberto Baldovino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Isidro Tristan struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Nicanor Stanislao didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ocampo. Isidro Tristan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Nicanor Stanislao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 33 minutes, Albino Bernat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ocampo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albino Bernat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Natalia Natalia FC defense, Benicio Dalmai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicanor Stanislao. The Natalia Natalia FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicanor Stanislao should have stopped the shot. If Albino Bernat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Armando Pello made the kick off in the second half. Ocampo's Alberto Baldovino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Viator in the 53rd minute of play. Isidro Tristan hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 62nd match minute, Natalia Natalia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Viator to maneuver through the defense. Albino Bernat succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 63rd playminute. A collision led to Natalia Natalia FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Cristobal Fernendo hit a great ball. When Maximo Mero came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Natalia Natalia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximo Mero couldn't finish the play. After 82 played minutes Ocampo got a freekick which was hit by Benicio Dalmai. Alberto Baldovino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Viator, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Benicio Dalmai struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Nicanor Stanislao didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ocampo. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ocampo eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
