A hard shot 4 in the game by Hermengildo Estebe from a close distance when the talented Oscar Frasquito managed to make a qualified save. Portugalete AFC's players were relieved. 6 minutes into the game, Guillermo Mikolas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Portugalete AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Titanes the free kick. In the 6th match minute, Portugalete AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mikolas to maneuver through the defense. Oscar Frasquito was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gustavo Luar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Silvio Abaunza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvio Abaunza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Oscar Frasquito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guillermo Mikolas kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Hernan Fernendo's late challenge caught a Portugalete AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hernan Fernendo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Portugalete AFC booed when Club Atlético Titanes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Fernendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guillermo Mikolas kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Portugalete AFC's zone, Hermengildo Estebe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oscar Frasquito came out of the goal and Hermengildo Estebe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Freddy Quico fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Portugalete AFC's protests and gave Freddy Quico a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th minute, Freddy Quico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hermengildo Estebe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustavo Luar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Oscar Frasquito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hermengildo Estebe in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Frasquito saved Portugalete AFC from getting behind. Portugalete AFC's Oscar Frasquito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Portugalete AFC from getting a goal against them. Hernan Fernendo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eduardo Ignatius charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduardo Ignatius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eduardo Ignatius hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Club Atlético Titanes's Florentino Salvator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Paulin in the 36th minute of play. If Silvio Abaunza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Luar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Oscar Frasquito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hermengildo Estebe let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 44th minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. Florentino Salvator showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Mikolas, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hermengildo Estebe to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Hermengildo Estebe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Titanes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hermengildo Estebe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Club Atlético Titanes getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Dionisio Toli hit a great ball. When Club Atlético Titanes's Hermengildo Estebe in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Portugalete AFC's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Portugalete AFC's Guillermo Mikolas got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute of the match, Santos Paulin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Florentino Salvator saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 71 minutes into the game, Club Atlético Titanes's Silvio Abaunza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oscar Frasquito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After a rather tough play, Portugalete AFC's Guillermo Mikolas got a free kick in the 78th minute. Oscar Frasquito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hermengildo Estebe went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. During the 87th minute of the match Eduardo Ignatius completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Eduardo Ignatius a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 90th match minute, Club Atlético Titanes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Lastur to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermengildo Estebe in the 96th minute of play forced Portugalete AFC's goalkeeper Oscar Frasquito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Atlético Titanes's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
