The supporters of Moreira AFC booed when Aguante la cerveza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Argenis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celedonio Manuelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Celso Kimetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lino Veremundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Petrigai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simon Petrigai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Veremundo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Sayvion in the 40th minute of play forced Aguante la cerveza's goalkeeper Celso Kimetz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nestor Dantae fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Veremundo having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, Simon Petrigai dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lino Veremundo, 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Narciso Sayvion made a kick off. Celso Kimetz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Sayvion, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Narciso Sayvion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Celso Kimetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Moreira AFC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Victoriano Nuno hit a great ball. Celso Kimetz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Domingos Ofelio in the 74th minute. Domingos Ofelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85thth minute of the game Narciso Sayvion who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aguante la cerveza's Celso Kimetz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Narciso Sayvion might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Celso Kimetz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Narciso Sayvion ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Dantae in the 89th minute of play forced Moreira AFC's goalkeeper Lino Veremundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, one of Aguante la cerveza:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Aguante la cerveza. The referee gave Moreira AFC a penalty, 94 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Victoriano Nuno, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Aguante la cerveza's Celso Kimetz. 1-1. Celso Kimetz came out of the goal in the 101st minute to try and stop a shot by Moreira AFC's Domingos Ofelio. But to his dismay, Domingos Ofelio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Moreira AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
