The Almagro FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Timoteo Ferrer should have stopped the shot. After 30 played minutes Almagro FC got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Sazon. 31 minutes into the game, Barracas AFC's Denis Sal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Timoteo Ferrer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. When Basilio Rosalio came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Barracas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Basilio Rosalio couldn't finish the play. Timoteo Ferrer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Sal in the 38th minute of the match. Almagro FC's Timoteo Ferrer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Xabier in the 43rd minute of play. Ladislao Ulizes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Gaspar Mede came out of the goal and Ambrosio Galoer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Almagro FC's Timoteo Ferrer got control of the ball when Denis Sal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dario Xabier charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dario Xabier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Timoteo Ferrer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basilio Rosalio, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Basilio Rosalio hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. During the 73rd minute of the match Arnoldo Tano completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Arnoldo Tano a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Almagro FC's Arnoldo Tano got a free kick in the 74th minute. After 75 minutes of play Barracas AFC's Dario Xabier was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Basilio Rosalio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Timoteo Ferrer made a huge save. Denis Sal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
