Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arnoldo Santo kicked off to start the match. Aristides Su kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After 7 minutes of play, La Cicloneta's Arnoldo Santo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eduardo Tano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Celso Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Genaro Quilo fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored michitos's protests and gave Genaro Quilo a yellow card for diving instead. Rene Herensuge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Quilo in the 17th minute of play. Arnoldo Santo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Eduardo Tano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, michitos's goalkeeper Eduardo Tano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnoldo Santo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Sancho in the 21st minute of play forced michitos's goalkeeper Eduardo Tano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cirilo Gora came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the michitos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cirilo Gora couldn't finish the play. Rene Herensuge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Quilo in the 26th minute of play. After 29 played minutes michitos got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Aimar. Eduardo Tano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Genaro Quilo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Rene Herensuge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Genaro Quilo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eduardo Tano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Izotz in the 40th minute of the match. Eduardo Tano was a little too slow when Raimundo Izotz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mateo Aimar to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Celso Sancho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Cicloneta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave michitos the free kick. After 52 played minutes La Cicloneta got a freekick which was hit by Celso Sancho. Genaro Quilo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eduardo Tano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Sancho in the 55th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, Jonas Txanton threw the ball into play from the sideline. La Cicloneta's Celso Sancho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Celso Sancho scored 6-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eduardo Tano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arnoldo Santo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eduardo Tano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raimundo Izotz in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eduardo Tano saved michitos from getting behind. Eduardo Tano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldo Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 88th minute, Delmar Celio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Cicloneta's goalkeeper Rene Herensuge, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. La Cicloneta's Rene Herensuge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save La Cicloneta from getting a goal against them. michitos were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after La Cicloneta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mateo Aimar took the corner. For all the effort they put into the match, the michitos players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for La Cicloneta.
