Lino Caitano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Min in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Santos Chap made a precise shot to the right of Lino Caitano. Talleres's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Arnulfo Estebano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Candido Maurin having to interfere.

The wind increased when Eduardo Min made the kick off in the second half. Lino Caitano made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Santos Chap sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 99 minutes, Santos Chap put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Lino Caitano.
