In the 22nd match minute, Shadow F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paolo Demesio to maneuver through the defense. Shadow F.C's Eustaquio Bela got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Felix Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Eyague having to interfere. After having played for 28 minutes, Fabricio Mazuste managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pueblito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabricio Mazuste was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Eustaquio Bela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Pueblito's Juan Caitano seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Juan Caitano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pueblito protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Juan Caitano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pueblito fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 34th minute. Penalty! Rodolfo Bastiaro shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Victor Eyague made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Eustaquio Bela sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Pueblito's Ladislao George got a free kick in the 46th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zeledon Ramond made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Neto in the 53rd minute of play forced Pueblito's goalkeeper Victor Eyague to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Paolo Demesio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute, one of Shadow F.C:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Shadow F.C. In the 62nd minute there was a penalty for Pueblito. Modesto Cucao stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Everardo Lano. 0-2. Zeledon Ramond received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Everardo Lano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor Eyague came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Shadow F.C's Eustaquio Bela. But to his dismay, Eustaquio Bela quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Eustaquio Bela's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victor Eyague read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Zeledon Ramond sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Pueblito getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Modesto Cucao hit a great ball. Emanuel Sanchez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Shadow F.C's Everardo Lano got control of the ball when Zeledon Ramond tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Bela in the 98th minute of play forced Pueblito's goalkeeper Victor Eyague to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pueblito walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
