Zeledon Gorosti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Pagomari, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Paulus Coeckelberghs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Come Gato's Paulus Coeckelberghs in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ariel F.C's goalie prevented a goal. In the 20th minute Paulus Coeckelberghs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Hitzeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Zeledon Gorosti successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Paulus Coeckelberghs came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Come Gato fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulus Coeckelberghs couldn't finish the play. Paulus Coeckelberghs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Paulus Coeckelberghs's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Esteve Hitzeder was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulus Coeckelberghs in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Esteve Hitzeder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 38 played minutes Come Gato got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Azibar. Paulus Coeckelberghs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Hitzeder having to interfere. If Lisandro Azibar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute Paulus Coeckelberghs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Hitzeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulus Coeckelberghs in the 46th minute of play forced Ariel F.C's goalkeeper Esteve Hitzeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Paulus Coeckelberghs made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Ariel F.C's Esteve Hitzeder got control of the ball when Paulus Coeckelberghs tried to sneak it across the goal line. Esteve Hitzeder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulus Coeckelberghs went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Paulus Coeckelberghs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulus Coeckelberghs got free with Esteve Hitzeder in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Esteve Hitzeder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lisandro Azibar went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Ernesto Vargas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Esteve Hitzeder having to make a save. Esteve Hitzeder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulus Coeckelberghs in the 83rd minute of the match. Paulus Coeckelberghs struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Esteve Hitzeder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Come Gato. With his leg Esteve Hitzeder managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Come Gato's Paulus Coeckelberghs fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Ariel F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Come Gato were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
