When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Feliciano Chorche took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Urbano Sidoro to make any attempt to save it. In the 20th minute, Tiburcio Ramirez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Tacoyoj FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Ramirez came free, but Jorge Lorencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiburcio Ramirez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jorge Lorencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiburcio Ramirez might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jorge Lorencio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
