Lisandro Azibar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Esteve Hitzeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leon Matthew scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zeledon Gorosti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Come Gato's Zeledon Gorosti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Matthew in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Come Gato's Ovidio Ermano got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Efrain Gilabert had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zeledon Gorosti. Come Gato's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Efrain Gilabert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Leon Matthew's late challenge caught a Come Gato's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leon Matthew helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 played minutes Ariel F.C got a freekick which was hit by Leon Matthew. Esteve Hitzeder made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Paulus Coeckelberghs sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute, Claudio Mosen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulus Coeckelberghs's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Esteve Hitzeder skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Come Gato's Paulus Coeckelberghs slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Esteve Hitzeder. That made the score 1-3 after 38 minutes of play. In the 74thth minute of the game Paulus Coeckelberghs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ariel F.C's Esteve Hitzeder was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mario Aires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Hitzeder having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Paulus Coeckelberghs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Esteve Hitzeder was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. When Paulus Coeckelberghs came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Come Gato fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulus Coeckelberghs couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute Ernesto Vargas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Hitzeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, Paulus Coeckelberghs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Come Gato's Mario Aires got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 89thth minute of the game Paulus Coeckelberghs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ariel F.C's Esteve Hitzeder was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
