Florencio Vimaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of FC Pirañas booed when Fail Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laureano Abechuco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Epifanio Benitez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidro Garci's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Fail Team's Epifanio Benitez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Garci in the 24th minute of play. Guillermo Romano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Raimundo Pepillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guillermo Romano scored 1-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Raimundo Pepillo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nicasio Quinton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Pepillo having to interfere. Guillermo Romano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Raimundo Pepillo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 37 minutes into the match, FC Pirañas's goalkeeper Raimundo Pepillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guillermo Romano. In the 40th minute, Guillermo Romano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fail Team's Florencio Vimaro got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raimundo Pepillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Vimaro in the 45th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Claudio Frasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Florencio Vimaro made the kick off in the second half. Serafino Joseph hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes Fail Team got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Romano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Garci in the 65th minute of play forced Fail Team's goalkeeper Epifanio Benitez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Fail Team booed when FC Pirañas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Tino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florencio Vimaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Guillermo Romano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Pepillo having to interfere. Raimundo Pepillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Romano in the 88th minute of play. If Isidro Garci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudio Frasco charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claudio Frasco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 95 played minutes Fail Team got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Frasco. Florencio Vimaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
