After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Cosme Lano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Horror team's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosme Lano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Etxeberri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enrique Joanes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 11 minutes, Cosme Lano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Horror team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cosme Lano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrique Joanes in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simon Etxeberri saved Club Atlético Lion King from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evaristo Toro in the 26th minute of play forced Horror team's goalkeeper Fabian Raebert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cosme Lano came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Horror team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cosme Lano couldn't finish the play. Simon Etxeberri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrique Joanes's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Fagildo in the 33rd minute of play forced Horror team's goalkeeper Fabian Raebert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clodoveo Hartz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, Enrique Joanes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 43 minutes into the game, Simon Fagildo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Lion King's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Horror team the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Lion King's zone, Enrique Joanes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Etxeberri came out of the goal and Enrique Joanes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Joanes got free with Simon Etxeberri in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enrique Joanes to strike the kick off in the second half. Enrique Joanes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Etxeberri having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Clodoveo Hartz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Horror team's supporters rose to their feet, but Clodoveo Hartz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 75th minute there was a penalty for Horror team. Cosme Montrel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Simon Etxeberri. 2-1. Horror team's Fabian Raebert proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Horror team from getting a goal against them. If Enrique Joanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cosme Lano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 minutes, Feliciano Roano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético Lion King and the Horror team players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th minute, Feliciano Roano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Simon Fagildo hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match.
