Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 0) Los Correcaminos's Eliseo Juvenal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Los Correcaminos getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Cristian Indar hit a great ball. Cristian Indar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the match, Cienaguilla's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Juvenal came free, but Omar Naldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anibal Ponciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Senio having to interfere. Cienaguilla's Omar Naldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Juvenal in the 30th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Cristian Indar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Correcaminos's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Indar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Omar Naldo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eliseo Juvenal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Naldo having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Los Correcaminos's Cristian Indar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Omar Naldo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Teodoro George had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Aquilino Guerau fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Correcaminos's protests and gave Aquilino Guerau a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Los Correcaminos getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Aquilino Guerau hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Ponciano in the 42nd minute of play forced Los Correcaminos's goalkeeper Tomás Senio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anibal Ponciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Senio having to interfere. Eliseo Juvenal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Naldo having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anibal Ponciano to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Anibal Ponciano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Senio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Teodoro George ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomás Senio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 68th minute, Teodoro George left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cienaguilla fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 71 minutes into the game, Fausto Herauso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Correcaminos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cienaguilla the free kick. After 71 played minutes Los Correcaminos got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Herauso. After having played for 72 minutes, Teodoro George managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cienaguilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodoro George was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anibal Ponciano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eliseo Juvenal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Anibal Ponciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Omar Naldo was a little too slow when Eliseo Juvenal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 3-1. Tomás Senio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro George, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cienaguilla were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Los Correcaminos for a fine match.
