Román FC's Guillermo Hitzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Roldan in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Omar Venerando in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guillermo Hitzeder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oscar Viviano's late challenge caught a Ancóm's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oscar Viviano helped the player get up and apologised. Oscar Viviano kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Román FC's Guillermo Hitzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Roldan in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ancóm's Hipolito Sandaili got a free kick in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Teofilo Dalmai dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Guillermo Baristo, 1-0. In the 32nd minute, Santiago Argi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Omar Venerando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Hitzeder having to interfere. Aurelio Eron kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. When Danilo Roldan came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Ancóm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Danilo Roldan couldn't finish the play. Teofilo Dalmai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Danilo Roldan was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Marciano Fero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guillermo Baristo was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. A collision led to Román FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Oscar Viviano hit a great ball. Guillermo Hitzeder came out of the goal and Lucas Bernad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 84 minutes into the match, Román FC's goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Roldan came free, but Guillermo Hitzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Omar Venerando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Hitzeder having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ancóm's Jonathan Guerrero got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Román FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
