Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tadeo Mannie made the kick off and thus started the match. Epifanio Bras made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eustaquio Oskitz in the 4th minute. Epifanio Bras came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Resistencia AFC's Eustaquio Oskitz. But to his dismay, Eustaquio Oskitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. With a little luck, Rumiñahui's Epifanio Bras got control of the ball when Eustaquio Oskitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Savion got free with Epifanio Bras in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Constantino Rudolfo fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rumiñahui's protests and gave Constantino Rudolfo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Resistencia AFC booed when Rumiñahui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantino Rudolfo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Epifanio Bras came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Resistencia AFC's Mariano Savion. But to his dismay, Mariano Savion quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 22 played minutes Rumiñahui got a freekick which was hit by Constantino Rudolfo. In the 26th minute, Mariano Savion made a precise shot to the right of Epifanio Bras. Rumiñahui's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Epifanio Bras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Mannie in the 38th minute of play. Constantino Rudolfo got his second yellow card in the match during the 39th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Constantino Rudolfo hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. When Tadeo Mannie came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Resistencia AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tadeo Mannie couldn't finish the play. 42 minutes into the match, Rumiñahui's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Oskitz came free, but Epifanio Bras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eustaquio Oskitz in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Epifanio Bras saved Rumiñahui from getting behind. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Narciso Frasquito made a kick off. Tadeo Mannie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Bras having to interfere. Epifanio Bras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Savion, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Rumiñahui's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Savion came free, but Epifanio Bras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Mariano Savion hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baldomiro Castel during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 71st match minute, Resistencia AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Castel to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Rumiñahui booed when Resistencia AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Castel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Resistencia AFC's Tadeo Mannie in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rumiñahui's goalie prevented a goal. Astor Lalla hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Cipriano Cresenciano shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 88th minute, Mariano Savion made a precise shot to the right of Epifanio Bras. Rumiñahui's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. When the referee ended the match the Resistencia AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
