Eustacio Reynardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafin Franco in the 6th minute of the match. Fabian Brais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Llin having to interfere. If Fabian Brais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Gorilas's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Franco came free, but Eustacio Reynardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Brais in the 23rd minute of play forced Chorro's goalkeeper Jimeno Llin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chorro's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Fabian Brais 26 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chorro's goalkeeper Jimeno Llin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Antonio Ekain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Atilano Eguntsenti fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chorro's protests and gave Atilano Eguntsenti a yellow card for diving instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Chorro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antonio Ekain was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antonio Ekain in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jimeno Llin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 73rd minute of the game. One of Chorro:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gorilas:s goal. The referee gave Gorilas a penalty, 75 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lucio Jatsu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chorro's Jimeno Llin. 7-0. The supporters of Chorro booed when Gorilas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Oriche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabian Brais might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jimeno Llin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabian Brais ran back to his position shaking his head. Fabian Brais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Fabian Brais left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gorilas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Gorilas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
