Luisito Loreto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Rafael Patxi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Ruperto Merexildo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Eduardo Frechoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30th match minute, ★CLUB GENERAL SAN MARTÍN★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Mincho to maneuver through the defense. Ruperto Merexildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carmelo Mede to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Ruperto Merexildo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ★CLUB GENERAL SAN MARTÍN★ and the Cerveceros players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Carmelo Mede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eduardo Frechoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Mincho in the 58th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Luisito Loreto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cerveceros's supporters rose to their feet, but Luisito Loreto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafael Patxi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, ★CLUB GENERAL SAN MARTÍN★'s Rafael Patxi got control of the ball when Luisito Loreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to ★CLUB GENERAL SAN MARTÍN★ getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Cristian Eladio hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Mede in the 82nd minute of play forced ★CLUB GENERAL SAN MARTÍN★'s goalkeeper Rafael Patxi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 83 minutes, Luisito Loreto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cerveceros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luisito Loreto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, ★CLUB GENERAL SAN MARTÍN★'s Rafael Patxi got control of the ball when Luisito Loreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.
