Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Aldosivi's Isidro Hanot started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Menucos's Delmar Furman got control of the ball when Vladimiro Cordera tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vladimiro Cordera struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Delmar Furman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aldosivi. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Menucos's goalkeeper Delmar Furman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 9thth minute of the game Angelo Beremundo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aldosivi's Armando Rexino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Aldosivi's zone, Angelo Beremundo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Rexino came out of the goal and Angelo Beremundo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bruno Tonete charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno Tonete the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th match minute, Aldosivi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Baristo to maneuver through the defense. Angelo Beremundo took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armando Rexino. Armando Rexino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Isidro Hanot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Delmar Furman made a huge save. The supporters of Aldosivi booed when Menucos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Tonete didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelo Beremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Menucos getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ubaldo Gaspard hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, Isidro Lluques sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Menucos's Delmar Furman didn't even have to move. Vladimiro Cordera struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Delmar Furman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aldosivi. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Artemio Timo to strike the kick off in the second half. Isidro Hanot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Delmar Furman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Vladimiro Cordera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmar Furman having to interfere. Delmar Furman came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Aldosivi's Vladimiro Cordera. But to his dismay, Vladimiro Cordera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a little luck, Aldosivi's Armando Rexino got control of the ball when Angelo Beremundo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aldosivi's Armando Rexino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Aldosivi from getting a goal against them. 66 minutes into the match, Menucos's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Cordera came free, but Delmar Furman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delmar Furman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Cordera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Angelo Beremundo came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Menucos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Beremundo couldn't finish the play. After 75 played minutes Menucos got a freekick which was hit by Juan Florin. Isidro Lluques made a great header on Aldosivi's corner, it was just that Menucos's Delmar Furman managed to reach the ball for a save. Aldosivi's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Artemio Timo 86 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Menucos's Delmar Furman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Cordera in the 91st minute of play. Angelo Beremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Armando Rexino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnulfo Berbiz's late challenge caught a Menucos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnulfo Berbiz helped the player get up and apologised. After 94 played minutes Aldosivi got a freekick which was hit by Arnulfo Berbiz. Menucos's Maximiliano Eutor couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 95th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Aldosivi.
