Spectators: 7254 (Terracing: 5442, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 144) Artemio Timo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute Paolo Bihar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Furman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Tonete's late challenge caught a Malargüe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Tonete kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Malargüe's goalkeeper Alejandro Cordera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelo Beremundo. After 13 minutes of play, Menucos's Artemio Timo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alejandro Cordera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Angelo Beremundo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Alejandro Cordera made a huge save. When Angelo Beremundo came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Menucos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Beremundo couldn't finish the play. Artemio Timo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Menucos booed when Malargüe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Rio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute of the match Maximiliano Eutor sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alejandro Cordera skillfully saved the ball. Alejandro Cordera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artemio Timo in the 26th minute of play. If Artemio Timo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Malargüe's Alejandro Cordera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Malargüe from getting a goal against them. Alejandro Cordera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artemio Timo, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. A hard and well directed shot from Julian Bernebe led 41 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Menucos's Delmar Furman became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 1-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paolo Bihar made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Menucos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Florin to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Angelo Beremundo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Menucos's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelo Beremundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejandro Cordera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Malargüe's Alejandro Cordera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Beremundo in the 61st minute of play. Artemio Timo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Angelo Beremundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Artemio Timo came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Menucos fans jumped to their feet. Menucos's Angelo Beremundo got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Delmar Furman made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Eustaquio Prejun sent off a good shot on target. 81 minutes into the match, Angelo Beremundo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alejandro Cordera. Malargüe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angelo Beremundo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Alejandro Cordera came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Menucos's Angelo Beremundo. But to his dismay, Angelo Beremundo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Artemio Timo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Artemio Timo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Cordera having to interfere. A collision led to Malargüe getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Julian Bernebe hit a great ball.
