But to his dismay, Candido Sol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When Arnoldo Calisto fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ukeleles FC's protests and gave Arnoldo Calisto a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Melchor Olentzaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Casbas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Melchor Olentzaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenio Brun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eugenio Brun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Olentzaro in the 23rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roberto Perfecto in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugenio Brun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Johans in the 34th minute of play forced Casbas FC's goalkeeper Saverio Crispo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ukeleles FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Adan Hurko hit a great ball. Casbas FC's Roberto Perfecto got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Perfecto in the 44th minute of play forced Ukeleles FC's goalkeeper Eugenio Brun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saverio Crispo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Johans in the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Johans to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Ukeleles FC's Adan Hurko got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After 58 played minutes Ukeleles FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldo Calisto. 61 minutes into the game, Pedro Johans was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ukeleles FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roberto Perfecto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Pedro Johans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Crispo having to interfere. When the match was over Casbas FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ukeleles FC throughout the match.
