The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Osvaldo Eleazar made a precise shot to the right of Marciano Dayam. Huracan de Ciudadela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Marciano Dayam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Eleazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 12thth minute of the game Osvaldo Eleazar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huracan de Ciudadela's Marciano Dayam was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Daniel Matxin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guido Quinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Dayam having to interfere. In the 26thth minute of the game Guido Quinto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huracan de Ciudadela's Marciano Dayam was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 28th minute of the match Constantino Vergaray shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marciano Dayam showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Ayui AFC's Guido Quinto got a free kick in the 30th minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Leonel Berto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huracan de Ciudadela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonel Berto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 34 minutes into the game, Constantino Vergaray was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ayui AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Huracan de Ciudadela the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of Ayui AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Huracan de Ciudadela:s goal. The referee gave Huracan de Ciudadela a penalty, 35 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Inocencio Pacorro, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ayui AFC's Lucio Guifre. 1-1. A collision led to Huracan de Ciudadela getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Jacobo Napier hit a great ball. After 39 played minutes Ayui AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Atauri. In the 40th minute, Inocencio Pacorro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ayui AFC's Lucio Guifre didn't even have to move. After some careless play in the Huracan de Ciudadela defense, Osvaldo Eleazar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marciano Dayam. The Huracan de Ciudadela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marciano Dayam should have stopped the shot. Gabriel Piearres hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ayui AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 49th minute. Penalty! In the 51st minute there was a penalty for Huracan de Ciudadela. Inocencio Pacorro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lucio Guifre. 2-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Osvaldo Eleazar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ayui AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alejo Guter in the 58th minute. A nice corner shot did that Alejo Guter got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marciano Dayam quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osvaldo Eleazar in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marciano Dayam prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guido Quinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Marciano Dayam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 minutes, Jacobo Napier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Huracan de Ciudadela and the Ayui AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jacobo Napier kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Huracan de Ciudadela defense, Guido Quinto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marciano Dayam. The Huracan de Ciudadela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marciano Dayam should have stopped the shot. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Huracan de Ciudadela's goalkeeper Marciano Dayam, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 90th minute, Flavio Cresitobalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alejo Guter, 91 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 95 minutes of play Huracan de Ciudadela's Flavio Cresitobalo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Ayui AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
