Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Francisco Ruy started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Retamal got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Ibañez. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Retamal's goalkeeper Robinson Hernández, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Amado Ishmael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luciano Eufrasio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Amado Ishmael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute Luciano Eufrasio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Corderun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moises Caitano struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Ciriaco Corderun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Retamal. 18 minutes into the match, Guanaco FC's Francisco Ruy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robinson Hernández narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Guanaco FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luciano Eufrasio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Guanaco FC's Christian Fernendo got a free kick in the 25th minute. Camilo Pagomari might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciriaco Corderun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Camilo Pagomari ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 34thth minute of the game Luciano Eufrasio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guanaco FC's Ciriaco Corderun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Salvador Ibañez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciriaco Corderun. Guanaco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salvador Ibañez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Luciano Eufrasio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Fernendo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luciano Eufrasio to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amado Ishmael got free with Robinson Hernández in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luciano Eufrasio took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciriaco Corderun. Ciriaco Corderun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 60th minute Luciano Eufrasio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Corderun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francisco Ruy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Robinson Hernández tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Francisco Ruy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robinson Hernández was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. A collision led to Retamal getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Eriberto Azeari hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Francisco Ruy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amado Ishmael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Retamal's Camilo Pagomari got a free kick in the 77th minute. Evelio Figueroa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Robinson Hernández firmly grabbed it by the left post. Francisco Ruy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robinson Hernández having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Ruy in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robinson Hernández prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 95th minute, Francisco Ruy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
