Arnoldo Lorien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Marques in the 6th minute of the match. Silvestre Cefero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arnoldo Lorien. Canaya Fulbo Clú's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 13th minute Robustiano Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Lorien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17thth minute of the game Ladislao Mannuel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Basavilbaso AFC's Pastor Lluciano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bruno Fernandes charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno Fernandes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Basavilbaso AFC's Bruno Fernandes got a free kick in the 18th minute. Atilano Socorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Pastor Lluciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A throw-in in the 27th minute of the game was made by Leopoldo Pio with Robustiano Marques as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Pastor Lluciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Mannuel in the 29th minute of play. Pastor Lluciano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atilano Socorro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Pastor Lluciano managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Canaya Fulbo Clú's Ladislao Mannuel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Pastor Lluciano came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Canaya Fulbo Clú's Ladislao Mannuel. But to his dismay, Ladislao Mannuel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Hector Valerio sped through Canaya Fulbo Clú's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arnoldo Lorien. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 52nd match minute, Canaya Fulbo Clú was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Balendin to maneuver through the defense. Arnoldo Lorien acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 57th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Bruno Fernandes. Canaya Fulbo Clú's Arnoldo Lorien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Silvino in the 59th minute of play. When Gerardo Chinto fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Canaya Fulbo Clú's protests and gave Gerardo Chinto a yellow card for diving instead. Gerardo Chinto kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Valerio in the 60th minute of play forced Canaya Fulbo Clú's goalkeeper Arnoldo Lorien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Canaya Fulbo Clú fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Canaya Fulbo Clú's Ladislao Mannuel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 65th minute, Nemesio Bilbo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciro Bautista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislao Mannuel in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pastor Lluciano saved Basavilbaso AFC from getting behind. Nemesio Bilbo kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Silvestre Cefero in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Canaya Fulbo Clú's Lázaro Nuñez. When Leopoldo Pio fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Basavilbaso AFC's protests and gave Leopoldo Pio a yellow card for diving instead. Leopoldo Pio hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After 82 played minutes Canaya Fulbo Clú got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Haitz. Atilano Socorro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pastor Lluciano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ladislao Mannuel's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Canaya Fulbo Clú's Ladislao Mannuel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pastor Lluciano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ciro Bautista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Pastor Lluciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
