Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Epifanio Erlantz kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Rodolfo Munio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Espinillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodolfo Munio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Tomi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Cebrian in the 14th minute of play forced Espinillo's goalkeeper Cornelio Normando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elias Tino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Normando having to interfere. Ivan Cebrian struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Cornelio Normando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAD BOY FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Epifanio Erlantz in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cornelio Normando saved Espinillo from getting behind. Cornelio Normando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Erlantz, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Benito Jerardo kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Rodolfo Munio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SAD BOY FC's Epifanio Erlantz got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivan Cebrian in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cornelio Normando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ivan Cebrian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute, Epifanio Erlantz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Erlantz in the 47th minute of play forced Espinillo's goalkeeper Cornelio Normando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Santos Uzuri charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santos Uzuri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th minute, Santos Uzuri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the game, Espinillo's Teobaldo Ado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Tomi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. SAD BOY FC's Epifanio Erlantz got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ivan Cebrian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Cornelio Normando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Elias Tino came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the SAD BOY FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elias Tino couldn't finish the play. If Ivan Cebrian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teobaldo Ado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Pedro Tomi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
