The referee ignored FC Schalke 04's protests and gave Albino Ezkerra a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Schalke 04's Albino Ezkerra got a free kick in the 13th minute. Froilan Argina didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rene Maiorga went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to bielorrusia FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Victorio Sol hit a great ball. When the match was over bielorrusia FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Schalke 04 throughout the match.
