With a little luck, Picantes FC's Arturo Cristofol got control of the ball when Nicasio Ugaitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baltasar Tiso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernan Jaunti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Perez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Independiente's Eusebio Palos got a free kick in the 30th minute. Fernan Jaunti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Perez, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Fernan Jaunti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Tiso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicasio Ugaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florentino Seguinus hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Leopoldo Bilbo kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ermegildo Gorri was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin Perez got free with Fernan Jaunti in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A sloppy throw-in by Ildefonso Evarado in the 56th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Independiente's Florentino Seguinus. In the 61st minute, Ermegildo Gorri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 62 played minutes Picantes FC got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Havier. After a defensive mix-up in Picantes FC's zone, Ermegildo Gorri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arturo Cristofol came out of the goal and Ermegildo Gorri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicasio Ugaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Nicasio Ugaitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Picantes FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Felipe Rufio hit a great ball. Fernan Jaunti made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Benjamin Perez sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th minute, Benjamin Perez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Picantes FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Nicasio Ugaitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicasio Ugaitz struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Arturo Cristofol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Independiente. A collision led to Picantes FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Elias Ermengol hit a great ball.
