Lértora's Rene Fanuco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Lértora from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Lértora's Alejandro Furtado got a free kick in the 14th minute. Lértora's Alejandro Furtado got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rene Fanuco was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tobias Turi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. Celedonio Gamus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Rene Fanuco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rene Fanuco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Turi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Tobias Turi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lértora's Salvador Fraco got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Salvador Fraco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lértora's supporters rose to their feet, but Salvador Fraco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ezequiel Pelayo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Filiberto Primeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Alejandro Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lértora's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejandro Furtado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ezequiel Pelayo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Celedonio Gamus's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rene Fanuco firmly grabbed it by the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Salvador Fraco to make the kick off. If Salvador Fraco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alejandro Furtado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Pelayo having to interfere. After having played for 55 minutes, Alejandro Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lértora's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alejandro Furtado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fidel Mercurio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Pelayo having to interfere. Alejandro Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Ezequiel Pelayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alejandro Furtado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ezequiel Pelayo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Fußball-Club Krake's goalkeeper Ezequiel Pelayo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejandro Furtado. Lértora's Salvador Fraco got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Alejandro Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Many of Lértora's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Lértora may have spent more time on the ball, but Fußball-Club Krake were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
