After 8 played minutes Clan FC got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Millan. Zeledon Corderro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Lertxun having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Clan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Tanio came free, but Bernardo Lertxun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Clan FC's zone, Tadeo Olayo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Lertxun came out of the goal and Tadeo Olayo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bartolo Peio hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Bernardo Lertxun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Olayo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The audience was convinced that Saul Tanio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernardo Lertxun was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. 28 minutes into the game, Tadeo Olayo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joaquin Lando made a kick off. With his leg Bernardo Lertxun managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Napenay's Saul Tanio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Clan FC's zone, Marcos Azeari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Lertxun came out of the goal and Marcos Azeari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the match, Marcos Azeari dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bernardo Lertxun, 0-3. Bernardo Lertxun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saul Tanio's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Saul Tanios short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Bernardo Lertxun to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 82 minutes into the game, Bartolo Peio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Clan FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Napenay the free kick. Bartolo Peio hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match.
