Spectators: 7280 (Terracing: 5462, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 144) Sebastian Diegotxe started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rdth minute of the game Ramiro Honesto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alvariño's Fabian Hanni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 4 minutes, Efrain Truylos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Byens Hold's supporters crossed their fingers, but Efrain Truylos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 7 minutes into the game, Efrain Truylos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Byens Hold's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alvariño the free kick. The supporters of Alvariño booed when Byens Hold was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Truylos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Rocio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Jacindo having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Rocio got free with Pedro Jacindo in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Diegotxe in the 18th minute of play forced Byens Hold's goalkeeper Pedro Jacindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Carlos Rocio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alvariño's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Rocio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Jacindo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 26 minutes into the match, Byens Hold's goalkeeper Pedro Jacindo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Rocio. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Efrain Truylos put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fabian Hanni. Alvariño's Fabian Hanni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Truylos in the 30th minute of play. Jeremias Osmundo hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Pedro Jacindo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Amadeo Cresencio. In the 46th minute, Sebastian Diegotxe reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pedro Jacindo. The goal made the score 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Pedro Jacindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Diegotxe in the 53rd minute of play. Ramiro Honesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvariño's Fabian Hanni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Alvariño from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Efrain Truylos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Hanni was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. In the 72nd minute, one of Alvariño:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Alvariño. Jose Tolino placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After 77 played minutes Byens Hold got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Gartzi. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Virgilio Gartzi during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Byens Hold getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Virgilio Gartzi hit a great ball. Fabian Hanni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Truylos in the 82nd minute of the match. After 85 minutes, Arturo Jerardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alvariño and the Byens Hold players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th minute, Arturo Jerardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Byens Hold's Jose Tolino tried to score from far away in the 86th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Carlos Rocio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Pedro Jacindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Carlos Rocio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Rocio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Jacindo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. Alvariño's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
