Pedro Jacindo came out of the goal and Sebastian Diegotxe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Rocio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Pedro Jacindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Rocio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabian Hanni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Truylos in the 12th minute of the match. A collision led to Byens Hold getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Jose Tolino hit a great ball. After having played for 20 minutes, Sebastian Diegotxe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alvariño's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Diegotxe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabian Hanni made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Ramiro Honesto sent off a good shot on target. 24 minutes into the match, Byens Hold's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Rocio came free, but Pedro Jacindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Rocio took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Jacindo. Pedro Jacindo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Carlos Rocio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 minutes, Jeremias Osmundo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Byens Hold and the Alvariño players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carlos Rocio struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Pedro Jacindo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alvariño. In the 36th minute of the match Americo Pio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Jacindo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 39thth minute of the game Sebastian Diegotxe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Byens Hold's Pedro Jacindo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sebastian Diegotxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Pedro Jacindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Diegotxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Jacindo having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Diegotxe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pedro Jacindo was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Sebastian Diegotxe capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Rocio got free with Pedro Jacindo in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute, Carlos Rocio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Jacindo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After 69 played minutes Byens Hold got a freekick which was hit by Jose Tolino. Pedro Jacindo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Rocio in the 71st minute. 77 minutes into the match, Byens Hold's goalkeeper Pedro Jacindo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Rocio. 88 minutes into the match, Byens Hold's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Diegotxe came free, but Pedro Jacindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92ndth minute of the game Sebastian Diegotxe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Byens Hold's Pedro Jacindo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alvariño played a much better game than Byens Hold and deserved their victory. The Byens Hold players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
